General Member Monthly Meeting and Program with Archana Mundhe

Join us on Tuesday, April 2nd at 1:00pm at the Ridgewood Public Library. We are excited to welcome our guest presenter, Archana Mundhe.  Archana is a local resident who has become a sensation with her Ministry of Curry Indian Cuisine blog and Instant Pot cookbook. We will be treated to her story and, hopefully, some of her cooking! She will autograph her very popular cookbook, which will be available for purchase. You won't want to miss this delicious presentation!!

 

Archana Mundhe is a software engineer turned food blogger and influencer. Founder of the food blog www.ministryofcurry.com and a published author of The Essential Indian Instant Pot Cookbook by Penguin Random House. She has been featured on Oprah, brit + co, Dr. Oz Show, The Washington Post, Food52, Epicurious, Taste Cooking, Austin360, Journal now The Telegraph, The Week, The Parkersburg News and Sentinel and People Magazine.

All are welcome on Fri 10-6 and Sat 10-5pm - no admission fee - Sunday 10-2 pm - 1/2 price books!
