The College Club By-Laws govern the club and its operations. The By-Laws are reviewed by committee every 5-7 years. They may be revised or amended by a two-thirds vote of the general membership, provided that there is a quorum of members present and that notice of the proposed revision or amendment(s) shall have been given at a regular meeting held at least 10 days previous to such vote, or shall have been sent by email to each member at least 10 days before the date of such vote.
