Archana is a local resident who has become a sensation with her Ministry of Curry Indian Cuisine blog and Instant Pot cookbook. We will be treated to her story and, hopefully, some of her cooking! She will autograph her very popular cookbook, which will be available for purchase. You won't want to miss this delicious presentation!!
